JobQuote Pro Privacy Policy

JobQuote Pro is an estimating, proposal, job costing and scheduling app for contractors, provided by Bayfront Automation ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account information: the name and email address of each person who signs in. If you choose "Sign in with Google", we receive only your name, email address and Google account ID from Google. We do not receive your Google password or access to your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
- Business data you enter: customers, jobs, estimates, price books, schedules, photos, payments recorded and similar information that a business and its team add to the app.
- Customer interactions: when a contractor's customer views, signs or asks a question about an estimate, we store the signature, typed name, answers and the time it happened, for that contractor's records.
- Technical information: basic server logs (such as IP address and time of requests) used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To provide the app's features to the business you work with, and nothing else.
- When a business connects its own services (for example GoHighLevel for texts, Stripe for payments, or the AI assistant), the information needed for that feature is sent to that service on the business's behalf.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see your information
Each business's data is visible only to the people that business has invited, and to Bayfront Automation staff for support and administration. Customer-facing links (such as an estimate or a crew schedule link) show only the information meant for that page.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers in the United States. Passwords are stored in scrambled (hashed) form, connections use encryption (https), and sign-ins are protected against repeated guessing.
Keeping and deleting information
Business data is kept while the business uses JobQuote Pro. A business owner can delete customers, jobs and other records in the app, and can ask us to delete the whole business account. You can ask us to delete your own sign-in account at any time.
